Energy Recovery
The power supply units of the Heinzinger PTNer series are equipped with an energy recovery system (regenerative system - mains feedback), which allows for significant savings in operating costs at test benches. These units comply with the highest demands in terms of precision and stability. Furthermore, the integrated internal resistance controllers allow the units to be used in battery replacement applications. Energy is recovered through the "Heinzinger Energy Recovery" system. Low switching thresholds and fast response times have been implemented in the various operating modes of this system. When operated in energy recovery mode, the power supply converts DC power provided by the "consumer" into AC power and feeds this back into the power grid.
