We instruct and offer young people prospects for the future! Our trainees receive a comprehensive training and gain insights in different departments of our company. We convey the practical and technical contents of the training in the various departments of our company. Our great production depth and the sophisticated products make it possible to gain a deep insight into the divers tasks of the job. The theoretical instruction is conducted in close cooperation with the vocational school. Beyond that external accompanying activities are possible.

Interested students are regularly offered internships or jobs as work-study students in various departments of our company. In developing a diploma thesis we'll support you with interesting problems and deeper insights into the technology of our precision power units.
